GetCheckedRows count is coming as zero will allowedit set as yes

Hi Team ,

We are facing an issue with getting checkedrow count with allowedit set to yes.

Scenario is :

we have a listbox which is having items and there are two buttons to transfer to and from items to webgrid.

First if i select a row and click on checkbox on the same row and click on delete transfer button.the getcheckedrows count is coming as zero.

if i select the checkbox without selecting the row,getcheckedrow count is coming correctly.

please find the replicated sample.
