Intersoft Community User Manual

Thread Activities

A thread is classified into two types, questions and discussion. In question type, the thread starter is able to select replies as proposed answers. This enables other members to see the proposed solutions of a problem directly without having to read the entire thread. The thread starter can select one of the proposed answers and mark it as answer.

A discussion-type thread is just like any general thread system in one of your favorite forum. Users won't be able to propose their reply as answer and thread starter won't be able to select one of the proposed answers as final answer.

Use the descriptive tags to create a more dynamic virtual grouping of a topic. Thanks to WebCombo's smart query feature, you can add many tags in fewer strokes. It automatically queries on your every keystroke and shows the available tags. Tags will be saved automatically if it's not found in the tags collection when the new thread is submitted.
