Gentlemen,
In the webscheduler month view, when clicking the "More" link I am receiving an error
"Unable to get the value of the property 'EnableNavigateToOtherView': object is null or undefined"
I have checked my webscheduler settings and Enable Navigate To Other View is set to True in each instance in the designer settings.
I am not having this problem in chrome, safari or firefox so I believe it is an ie9 issue.
Also, when trying to click the little down arrow symbols to expand/collapse appointments in the timeline view I am receiving an error
Line: 7Error: Unable to get value of the property '19': object is null or undefined.
Property 19, could also be any number like 12, 17, 19 etc depedning on which timeline down arrrow bar I select to expand/collapse.
Again this works in all other browsers except for IE9.
Please advise and thanks!
Hello,
Could you provide a simple working sample that replicates this issue?
Unfortunately, I couldn't replicate your issue on my end. If you try to run FirstExperience.aspx, everything works fine in IE9.
It would be helpful if you can provide a sample, so that I can directly run a test on your given sample.
Thank you.
Regards,-Martin-
Martin,
Thank you for your prompt reply. I am uncertain what exactly you want. Please define exactly what "simple working sample" means. One page with a database?
Also, how should I provide it, via email or attach to a post?
Thanks...................
You can provide a simple working sample that uses the existing database such as WebSchedulerData.mdb. A runable sample that replicates your issue.
You can attach the sample in this post in zip file, or you can send to my email: martin@intersoftpt.com.
Ensure that the sample is working, so that I can directly test the sample on my end.
