Gentlemen,
I am working on my first project utilizing Webscheduler, what a great component!
However, my context menu is "dead", that is, when clicking on the down arrows nothing happens when running the application natively (IIS7.5).
When I run the application in Visual Studio 2010 debug mode and click the context menu down arrows this error occurs:
'Microsoft Jscript runtime error: object does not support property or method 'ResolveImagePathEx'
I installed the latest hotfix 3.0.1000.20 to no avail. I am also using IE9.
Please advise and thanks!
Hello,
Please forgive me for lack of understanding about the reported problem.
Could you explain what do you mean by clicking the dropdown arrows?
Are you trying to enable paging in detail box? Or, you want to implement client paging in timeline view?
Have you run WebScheduler samples on CarRental.aspx and DetailBox_EnablePaging.aspx? Try to run these samples and see whether you still encounter the same issue.
Thank you.
Regards,-Martin-
Martin, let me rephrase the issue.
I am referring to the dropdown options to the immediate right of the timeline button on the menu bar with the two "v" symbols that loads the "refresh view", "split view mode", "print", "export view", "pdf", "ical" options.
When I click the menu option with the two v symbols nothing happens, it is dead. I have tried it in chrome and safari and it works, however in IE9 it is simply "dead", nothing happens. I assumed that this was referred to as the context menu.
Please advise and thanks.
Unfortunately, the issue doesn't happen on my end.
I'm currently using IE9 browser and as you can see in the screenshot attached, the dropdown works fine.
Try to run our live sample in here and see how it goes on your end.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
