On 'Undo All Changes' i don't want to show the promp. If i set 'PrompOnUndoAllChanges=false' in 'BatchUpdateSettings' then 'Undo All Changes' does not work at all . Is there any other setting required?

Thank you for your report. I am able to see the issue in here. 'Undo All Changes' should be working although 'PrompOnUndoAllChanges=false'. I have forwarded the issue with WI #400 to our developer. They will fix this asap.
