To have our ASP.NET control compatible with browser on mobile device is already in the list of our product roadmap.

I made a simple test by browsing the live sample page of WebGrid (FirstExperience.aspx sample file) using Google Chrome browser on Android device. Everything worked smoothly and the page was accessed without any issues.

So far, I have tested and checked the rendering; column sorting; column grouping; row selection; row checker; and context menu with no problem.

Please let us know your feedback if there are any other features that need to be tested.

FYI: the live sample uses the latest WebGrid 8 build version.

I just test the same sample, FirstExperience.aspx, on iOS browser with no problem.

I’m afraid that WebGrid 7 has now been discontinued for several years and there are not going to be any further update for it. I recommend you to upgrade the version of WebGrid to the most current version of WebGrid.
