Hello...
Please see the attached image. I got this modalpopupextender panel with a webgrid inside... works fine, but the webgrid's default context menu appears behind the modal background. Does anyone knows how to solve it? Thank you!
Note: I'm using latest webgrid, ajax toolkit, etc...

You will need to get the container parentNode element and set zIndex style. Attached sample will show you how I mantain my zIndex style for this issue. Hope this helps.
