WebGrid with WebValueList and Grouping

I have a webgrid that has the ability to group columns that have webvaluelists, I'm seeing the Value instead of the text.  


I created an example of this problem.  Launch the Grid and Group by EmployeeID.  You will see EmployeeID versus FirstName.

i.e: showing EmployeeID: 1 instead of EmployeID: Steven in the grouping area.
