I'm using WebGrid in my project and when I switch from Source View to Designer View in VS2008 there is unexpected error that I attached, I still can change all properties in Source view project works fine in runtime mode , but i don't have acces to control in Designer mode, it doesn't happen for the first time, but i don't have any idea why?
Please try to close your Visual Studio and remove Asp.net temporary cache at C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files. Sometimes, the designer got Error creating control because of Temporary Asp.Net. You can also do IIS reset for additional step. Please let me know if the steps works on you or not.
