Hi
Our system works in every language but Turkish. When the browser is set to Turkish, it either shows a license error, or it shows no data. When the browser is set to Turkish, we set the Grid to US english, since the grid doesnt natively support Turkish.
Any ideas why this occurs and how to fix it?

I started my investigation by set the browser's language (IE 11) to Turkish. Following step-by-step shows how the browser's language is set to Turkish.
Next, restart the browser and open a page containing WebGrid. Everything worked smoothly and the reported problem was not reproducible.
Should you find anything that I might miss during my attempt to replicate the problem, please let me know.
We Need help on this issue. We have bought a support package and need to schedule time for someone to work with us. How can we get someone on this case for us?
