WebGrid - Image not displaying when inserting a new record in the grid.

I have a column defined as ...

<ISWebGrid:WebGridColumn ColumnType="Image" Width="25px" Name="RecipId_Z" Caption="Lock" EditType="Custom" CellImage="images/TLockOpen.gif" DataMember="RecipId_Z" > </ISWebGrid:WebGridColumn>

 

The problem is when i add a new record the image does not show.  I have attached a screen shot.
