Possible to change the position of the add record row?

Today I received a new requirement involving the row to add a new record to the WebGrid. Is it possible to:

  1. Move the new record row to the bottom of the WebGrid, instead of the top?
  2. Create an Excel-like new row when tabbing from the last row with data? This way a new record can be filled in, in the same style as edit rows (without the actual new record row).
