After upgrading ISNet.WebUI.WebInput control from 3.0.7200.207 to 4.0.7200.29, we receive the following error while assigning a date to the control:
A first chance exception of type 'System.NullReferenceException' occurred in ISNet.WebUI.WebInput.dll
It does not occur when assigning other values - only dates.
Expanding the System.NullReferenceException in the debugger:

There are some non-printable characters that appear in the data. See attached screen shots.
I enclosed one simple sample of WebInput as attachment. The sample is tested on my local end using WebInput.NET 4.0 build 130 and WebUI.NET Framework 3.0 build 800.
Please kindly have the attached sample evaluated on your end and let us hear your feedback. You may modify the sample if necessary, then have it send back to us for further investigation.
It appears this was "fixed" in the 3.0.7200.216 release (10/26/2009).
Is it possible it was reintroduced in the version 4.0 product?
Intersoft WebInput Version
Does the issue occur after applying the latest build of WebInput 4 (build 29) – means that there is no problem before this?
I am willing to advise you further but in order to do so I would need you to elaborate on your specific scenario and possibly provide a running simple sample that replicates the issue and a step-by-step guide that can be used to observe the problematic behavior.
Yes, the error occurs only after updating to 4.0.7200.29. No code changes have been made (except updating other IS controls).
@Chandradev Prasad: I’d like to confirm whether you are using the latest build of WebInput4 (build 252) and WebUI.NET Framework 3 (build 911) in your project?
