Getting unsupported dataSource type when binding to XML

Hi, Im getting this error when binding grid to XML as follows:

 

XmlDataSource objXmlDataSource = new XmlDataSource();

objXmlDataSource.Data = _xmlActions.OuterXml;

objXmlDataSource.XPath = "actions/action";

e.DataSource = objXmlDataSource;

 

Is there something obvious I am doing wrong here?
