Hi,
I have a few users stating that scrolling of a grid doesn't work with IE 8 when columns are froozen. If the freeze pane is removed then scrolling works. This is an issue only with IE8.
I don't have IE 8 to test (we are not allowed to download this version yet), so don't know the exact problem. Has this issue come up before?

Hi John,
I do some more test of freezing in IE8 and the result is still fine. I understand if every company has its own policy. However, since I could not replicate this issue, please let me know when you get more info or details regarding this issue. I would help you to test this issue from my place anytime. Thank you.
Regards,
Julia
The issue never happened before. I have tried to replicate the issue but the scrolling works normally. I put a video attachment of the test that I did as a reference. Could you please take a look for it and let me know if there is any step that I'm missed? Also, if possible could you give me your sample project which could replicating this issue? So I could help to investigate it further.
Hi Julia,
I can't give a sample project as I don't have IE 8 so I really don't know what is happening or not. All I know is that one user with IE8 says scrolling doesn't work if the first 2 columns are frozen. If they are unfrozen then scrolling works. Your video shows scrolling working, so I really need to find a system with IE 8 and do more testing. Problem is we are not allowed to download and install IE 8!
I'll let you know if I have more details. Sorry, but was just seeing if other's have mentioned problems with IE 8, we are having so many problems with it! I just hate it...
