Hello,
Is there any way to enable a horizontal scroll bar of some sort if the web menu bar items occupy more space than is alotted on the page? I'm attaching an example.

Hello Dasha,
Unfortunately, we don't have any horizontal scroll bar. When the situation comes like your scenario, the more menus should be showed at 'AddRemoveItems'.

Handy, could you please tell me how to enable that feature?
You will need to set AllowCustomize properies on WebMenuBar. AddRemoveItems should be showed after properties is set.
