Could you explain me more details about your issue? I've tried to put ExplorerBarItem with Chinese language but I think the font size doesn't increase and appear like normal. I put my screenshot here. Is that condition that you want to achieve? Look forward to hear any feedback from you so I can help you further.

I can replicate your issue in our local end. This issue probably happen because the font-size value is missing after postback.

I've report this issue as Work Item #1232. I'll let you know if I hear any news regarding this work item.

After we investigate the issue, this is WebExplorerPane default behavior/style indeed.

By default the font style is using en-US culture & the font size 8.25pt.

If you use default style value and change the culture, but the customize culture doesn’t compatible with en-US culture, it will make the font size became bigger.

The solution is you should customize the value of font size (from WebExplorerPane property).

For example, set the font size to 8pt or 9pt.

I attach the WebExplorer sample that using customize font size (8pt).
