Hello,
It seems the resources files are not loaded. Please ensure that ISNet.WebUI.Resources.dll, ISNet.WebUI.WebDesktop.Resources.dll, ISNet.WebUI ISNet.WebUI.WebGrid.Resources.dll, ISNet.WebUI.WebCombo.Resources.dll, ISNet.WebUI.WebInput.Resources.dll exist in your project bin folder. You can also Re-register SmartWebResources by right clicking the control at design mode and choose RegisterSmartWebResources.
