problems with performance

i'm using the webcombo in my project, but the performace is so so

for example when show the records is low in 2 or 3 second  in dysplay

 

case 1)

 in case 1 and case 2 is de equals results in time

 

exist any format for a good performace, i dot'n now <layoutsettins fast>.

 

Equals case when Integration webgrid with WebCombo the is very low, please send a tips for a good performance to webgrid and webcombo
