FYI, our developer teams have not enhanced our current Silverlight controls to fully support Silverlight 4 environment yet. So the control function of Silverlight should be working as it is.
If you have entered production , maybe we can help you in Licensing issue. 
Regarding the issue, I would like to ask for your help/coorperation.
Currently, we need to gather some informations about how to replicate this issue.
We suspected that there are some possiblities caused this issue. I think maybe you can help us by providing some details such as your environment details, step by step, etc.

Hello,

It doesn't matter on which environment I try to create a license file with the ISNet.Silverlight.Licencing.exe tool. When I run the tool agains't a silvelight 4 assembly I get the following error:

System.TypeLoadException: Could not load type 'System.Runtime.Versioning.TargetFrameworkAttribute' from assembly 'mscorlib, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089'.
   at System.ModuleHandle.ResolveType(Int32 typeToken, RuntimeTypeHandle* typeInstArgs, Int32

I am sorry for the late reponse. Our internet connection was broken since Friday. We have just back online today. About your error, It runs well in here. Please see my attached pictures. Maybe the error is caused by another thing. At least we need able to replicate this error for investigating your issue. Please let me know if you have another details information.

That's strange, because I always get an error, I wouldn't know any details to further specify it other than the whle error message (see attacment).

Hi Jan,

We've successfully resolve the problem and support licensing for Silverlight 4 application. However, we're still waiting for the resolution to an issue from our obfuscator vendor, which we require to perform according to our release policy.

Once we got the update from the vendor later today, we'll publish the updated application in this post immediately.

Here's the promised update. To avoid confusion with previous version, the application is now renamed to ISNet.Silverlight.v4.Licensing.exe.

How is support for local printing going in Silverlight 4? It is the number 1 most required feature to make Silverlight a viable platform for line of business apps. Amazing HD is great, but if my users can't print a receipt they wont be impressed by it.

We have never worked on mcse before. Also, our developer teams are preparing and developing control for Silverlight 4. Printing feature is area that we're looking for as well.
