We just recently upgrade to v9 of WebUI Studio and the grid is the only control that still pops up the evaluation notice even though all my licenses are installed and show valid. Ideas? Thanks.
This issue has been resolved. The license I was given was for the wrong version of the grid, i.e., v6. Unfortunately, the license manager doesn't distinguish between the two and showed the license as valid even though it isn't.
Since your issue related to licensing matter, could you please kindly send a message to technical@intersoftpt.com? We will need you to send some screenshots and check things that is not possible for me to reply you through this community in order to keep your license classified.

Yousif, I believe you'll need to run the License Manager as administrator, or turned off UAC. If you keep getting the issue, you can send an email to our support, or to nathania [at] intersoftpt.com for licensing issue.
I've replied with the info in an attached document to the intersoftpt.com address.
