Hello,
When I try to install the new updates via the Update manager i get this message:
This update is readily available from our Update server, however this update requires special requirements which cannot be found in your system.
The reason returned from the server is "This update requires full product reinstallation. This indicates that a new installer is available for this product and that you should install the latest update using the new installer. The new installer usually marks a new service pack or significant updates.
I am running Intersoft WebUI Studio 2011 R2 SP1 and when I upgraded I uninstalled the old version and did a full install.
Can you help me understand what the problem is?
Update Manager is 3.0.5000.400
WebUI.net framework is 3.0.5000.801

That issue is already fixed as well. If you don’t mind, please check the update once again to make sure there is no more issue.

Please let me know which product that shows this error.
FYI, to update your product, you must to license the product first. Otherwise, it will block the update.

HI, my software is licensed. It appears it was clientui that was causing the issue but now I see you all removed the update and now it works.
Will the Update for ClientUI be sent out soon?
I’m sorry for this inconvenience. There is an error in ClientUI’s update indeed. Now, we are still fixing the error to make sure the update is ready to be sent.

I was able to download the update for client UI today via update manager, however the update continues to be in the update manager even after I updated it. I have "UPDATED" ClientUI 2 times and the update manager still says I need to update it. I believe their is still a problem with the update.

Hi, yes the first issue is resolved. Now there is a new issue. After the update of ClientUI 6.0.5000.3 then click Scan for Updates, the same update is there again no matter how many times you update ClientUI 6.0.5000.3. After updating several times, the update remains available to download.
Hi, yes after I update clientui again now the update manager says there are no more updates.
