I dialed the 1-310-914-0158 number several times this morning but I keep getting some automated message regarding some mail box and to enter a mail box number followed by a password.
What the heck is going on with the support phone number? I'm still unable to get through this morning due to that "mailbox" voice mail I keep getting. Would someone please respond regarding this issue?

Regarding the phone call issue that you've reported, would you mind to let us know about the time when you phoned us?For your information, our phone line is only available during the office hours.So, If you tried to call us before its time, you would surely get the mailbox. Please let us know if you have another question regarding this issue.
I called during our business hours here in the US. It was early, around 7-7:30am Central. Then what number is available during US business hours that we can call? I'm sure I'm not the only one, in the US, using your product and on urgent issues we can't rely on email to go back and forth every 24 hours.

The time I gave you was the first time I tried that day. I still encountered the same problem throughout the day on the following two days. What are the hours of operation for the US number? You should put them on the initial post above so the folks know. Thanks.
The working hours on US representative office will be from 08.30 - 17.00 (PST).

Thank you Niven. By the way, FWIW, it would be professional to have an outgoing message during off hours that tells your callers what the hours are rather than the default phone system's mailbox message.

I wanted to voice my irritation with your phone support. We just upgraded to 2011 R1 and even though everything is installed and registered, we're still getting the "you are evaluating" this product message. I called last week and asked for someone to help us resolve this and was told someone will call back no one did.
I tried to follow up this afternoon and got nowhere. The first time I was transferred into a non-English speaking mail box. Then the two calls after I was transferred to an abyss where I just got a dial tone. With every call I became more irritiated because the lady on the other side is rude and unprofessional and can't seem to understand that we're paying to get the support service and don't need the additional aggravation of having to call back constantly because she can't transfer a call properly. And when I tried to explain my aggravation she constantly put me on hold and spoke over me. That's three calls and I was NOT able to even leave a voice message for anyone.
When I asked to speak to her supervisor she said no supervisor was available. I will follow up with a supervisor later today or first thing tomorrow morning. I'm not sure what the point of this phone number is because every time I've tried to use it, it's been nothing but a hassle. This forum has been more helpful than trying to reach your folks via this number. I hope you can fix this issue.
Am I the only in the US experiencing this frustration? I would love to hear from others and your experience using this support number to get help. Thank you.

Just for your general knowledge, this phone also is not help at all, I called yesterday several times, I am in the east coast and called between 12 pm - 2PM 3 PM 4PM, 5 PM and 5:30 pm left a message and no one call yet, Do You guys work at all?. I also got your reply to my ticket, but the solution that you gave me does not work I still have the same problem. Also Yudhiy Ariawan [yudi@intersoftpt.com] suppose to help me yesterday and he never was available. Your support has a lot to say about you guys, I do not think you guys ar too proffesionals and I am seriously considered to use another tool for this reason.

I just call again 3rd time today and nothing, yourt support is not working. I am not leaving a message again this is a joke
4th time calling no one answer, I guess no support from intersoft, I guess you guys do not have resolved any issues with sharepoint 2010 and that is why there are no answers and not a desire to follow through.
I believe your last response issue has been resolved in that month. We are very sorry for any inconvenience that happened in the past. In the future, we will keep trying to improve our support to customer.
