Hi
I can not open the help files from the start menu. There is always the error message "page not found".
Thanks
Michael
Hello Michael,
Please try to uninstall and reinstall once again. If this issue still persists, please try to open your Visual Studio 2010>>Help>>ManageHelpSettings and try to see if the documentation is correctly installed in your system.Note: You need to run as administrator priviledge for all those steps.
Regards,Handy
Hi Handy
ManageHelpSettings (Library locatation): C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\HelpLibrary\
I have configured Visual Studio to automatically display the online help. If I call the Intersoft help, the browser tries to be opened following path:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/query/dev10.query?appId=Dev10IDEF1&l=de-DE&k=k(INTERSOFTPRESENTER10DOCS)&rd=true
Would you mind to let us know your machine environment?

Hello,
I can replicate the issue in here. It seems there is an issue in our latest installer. I will report this to our development teams. You can access our documentation online for temporary workaround.

Han,
About docs issue, it might be not installer issue, but browser configuration issue. Please ensure your server settings. If the security settings are set to high settings that disables active scripting. To solve the issue, you need to set the active scripting of the browser to enable. See the attached screenshot.
I have checked this setting. Active spripting is already enabled!
I just want to confirm if attached screenshot is the error you faced or not. If not, please send me your error screenshot.
No, i have an other error message: page not found
Ok, Thank you for your understanding. We will investigate this issue. For now, you can read our online documentation fromhttp://intersoftpt.com/Support/ClientUI/Documentation/
Or, offline documentation fromhttp://intersoftpt.com/Support/ClientUI/ClientUI.chm
