Hi,

We are using Jenkins to automate building and deployment of our products via msbuild. We also have a dev license for WebUI Studio 2013 installed on our developers machine. 

No licenses or software is installed on our Jenkins box - We choose to use nuget to pull down packages or store the binaries as part of the sln in source control.

When the build occurs, we are getting the following errors. 

<myapp>\<myfile>.aspx.designer.vb(50,45): error BC30009: Reference required to assembly 'ISNet, Version=3.0.5000.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b1f2a8511635667a' containing the implemented interface 'ISNet.Serialization.XmlSerialization.IXmlSerialize'. Add one to your project.

Anyone know how best to resolve this without installing WebUI Studio and purchasing a subsequent dev license?
