It would be nice when Intersoft support is involved in a replying to a Question to know the time and name of the IS person.
Here is an example.
I posted a possible problem.
XXX from IS replied
I replied with a sample
Now I'm waiting for a reply.
If i knew that someone from IS had viewed it I would know that the problem is being looked at.
If after a period of time there was no view by IS then I know I need to take some other action.
George, when a Post is replied by support, you can see the flag "Staff Response" in the post status. The role of a user - such as member, support, moderator - can also be seen next to the user name in the post.

Yes, i know I can see the time of a post. What i want is the time of a view by IS support. If there is no view by IS Support the chance of seeing a Post I think is nil.
