Group Headers on UITableViewController NOT CLEARING when FILTERED

Hi Guys,


We are currenlty using UITableViewController and ListViewModeBase for navigation, but with Filter on on iOS 7 and iOS 6.1, the group header remains on the view. This doesn't seem to be working pretty well on our end. Please see screenshots we've attached.
