Hello Crosslight Support,
after installing Crosslight 3, I have an issue with my existing license number.
The project wizzard dialog in Visual Studio says „evaluation mode„ after the update to Crosslight 3.
Within the license manager Crosslight V2 is still registered and not Crosslight V3.
The problem exists after re-registering with the existing license number.
I have to deliver updates to existing apps and I don't want the users to see the "Evaluation Mode" dialog.
What can I do? Do I get a new license number for Crosslight 3?
Any advice is welcome.
Thanks,
Thomas

Update:
I have worked closely with Thomas Albert and now the Crosslight 3 License problem has been resolved. For members who has similar problem, it is recommended to follow this knowledge-base article: Unable to Find the Latest Version of Intersoft Controls in License Manager.
Hope this help.
Dear Thomas,
The new license key should be sent out to all active subscribers within a few hours.
You should be receiving the new key shortly.
UPDATE: Due to heavy server traffic, the email maybe delivered late. However, if you login to your account youshould see your new licenses.
Thanks!
Hello Support,
I received the new license as described above. How can I apply this new license number?
I started the "License Manager 3.0" which is located in the "common" folder of the Crosslight 3 installation.
Adding a new license says "all Intersoft products are licensed". But under product there is only "Crosslight 2.0.5000". Removing this entry and adding a new license lets me only select "Crosslight 2.0.5000". Entering the new license number with this product version does not remove the trial info in the Visual Studio project wizard dialog.
What is going wrong here. Please, help it is really urgent!
To see the dropdown for Crosslight v3.0, you'll need to open up registry editor. Check the HKLM/Software folder. Make a backup of the registry. If you're running a 64-bit version of Windows, you'll find a Wow6432Node folder. if you happen to find the "Intersoft Solutions" folder as a sibling of the Wow6432Node folder, you'll need to delete the whole folder for the Crosslight 3.0 to properly show up in the License Manager.
In short, you should not have the Intersoft Solutions folder under HKLM/Software (this only applies to 64-bit Windows). Re-run the LicenseManager from the C:\Program Files (x86)\Intersoft Solutions\Crosslight 3\common\LicenseManager\ISNet.WebUI.LicenseManager.exe, then you should be able to install Crosslight license properly.
Hello Yudi,
I did that proposed "HACK", but I did not work at all.
I located the "Intersoft Solutions" folder in the registry (regedit1.png) and I deleted the folder.
After that I started the license manager in the correct folder (lm.png). No option to register "Crosslight 3" just "2.0.5000" as before.
After starting the license manager I refreshed the registry and the "Intersoft Solutions" folder reappeared.
I am using Windows 8.1 Pro (64 bit).
