Thank you for your interest of ClientUI Report Designer product. Currently, the ClientUI development team is finishing their great work in developing Silverlight Report Designer. The CTP version of this product is expected to be available by the end of this year, 2012.

The team confirms that the product should meet your requirement: to be able to produce report; saves report as pdf; and saves to folder (via code). For the requirement, to email automatically, can be achieved by adding this functionality for application specific level.
