I have the trial
This might have relation with the RC uninstallation, where the old registry wasn't cleaned up entirely.
Try to uninstall the trial, and ensure the registry is clean by checking HKLM\Software\Intersoft Solutions and the one in Wow6432Node respectively. Then reinstall the RTM again.

I am using the RTM trial, so the only way is to un-install clean up directory and re-install?
I am sorry to report that on a cliean Win 7 x64 machine I got exactly the same. I have not installed the ASP.NET Components
