Good day,
I'm testing UXBreadCrumb in WPF and I'm experiencing some difficulties with it. I followed the documentation and "How-to: Use UXBreadCrumb for Page Navigation". At first I thought that I was doing something wrong, then I copy-pasted the sample and still can't make the BreadCrumb display the Item names.
I'm really lost... Can't find what exactly I'm missing. In the sample attached here, the comparison between sitemapData.NavigateUri and ResolvedUri in the method FindDisplayNameRecursive() doesn't return true, and is right since NavigateUri is taking an Uri like "/What's new" while ResolvedUri the Uri to the xaml. This code is copied from yours and I'm intriged by how it works in the first place.
The attached file is a copy-paste from the samples provided. Theoretically it should work in the go but it doesn't.
If anyone could give me a hand on this and explain why ain't working I'll really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance,
Dave
I was able to replicate the reported problem in my local end. However, I need more time to provide you with solution or suggestion.
I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
I enclosed a working simple sample of UXBreadCrumb. Please have the sample evaluated on your end and let us know whether it helps or not.
I have re-uploaded the file, HelpViewerWPF2.zip, in http://sdrv.ms/1djdEHe. Please feel free to let me know if you still have problems to download the sample.
