Errors when debuging a webpart with sharepoint 2010

Here are a couple of problems that I have when I run the webpart that you send me as an example, at the end of this e-mail you will see that it does not display anything and I had place the customerdata.xml in the right place.

Nothing is displayed

Paging operation does not work when click checkbox
It runs error in firefox,chrome and opera!
