This is reproducable using your ClientPaging_DayView.aspx example with a slight modification. The modiciation is adding more resources, now has 7 classses. In split view mode unselect class 7,6,5,4,3, and 2, then reselect class 2,3,4,5,6, and 7. You will notice the all day event section becomes severely misaligned. This happens in both IE8 and IE9.

You can try in the other browser. It runs correctly in the other browser like chrome, firefox, and safari.
It's happen in both IE8 and IE9 because there is a limitation from IE browser itself.

Are you planning a workaround for IE8 and IE9 or leaving it as a known issue?
This is not an issue from a WebScheduler. This is happens because a limitation from IE browser it self, so there should an update from IE developer.
