I am trying to access a particular website, potcheck.com which I guess is running webgrid.
I am getting the error message webgrid.net does not support your current browser.
I had been accessing the site ok up until last Friday 15th april but all of a sudden I get this message.
I have tried everything I can think of, re-downloaded Internet Explorer, virus scans, etc, etc even tried with other browsers including Firefox and Opera but same problem.
Can anyone please help?
I did see something similar on the forum which suggested updating definitions in asp.net but I havent got a clue what this means.

May I know your current product version and browser? We need this informations to investigate your issue. Also, please ensure you are using the latest hotfix of our product (for better result).

As far as I know, I dont have your product, but the site I am trying to visit must have.
I am using Windows 7, 32 bit edition with IE8 but have also tried other browsers. I am able to access via other computers, just not my laptop.
The site is potcheck.com which holds a database with details of my winnings or losses as a poker player.
Ok. But at least we need to know the product before can start to investigate the issue. Normally, those messages came up from old product. FYI, I opened www.potcheck.com, but could not see the issue because I don't have any account. I suggest you to contact the developer which developed the site.
