Objectives

WebTab gives you a freedom to customize the Render Mode of the WebTab to be either "Simple", "RoundCorner" or "ComplexImages". This tutorial will guide you to configure your WebTab to use Simple Render Mode. By default, the render mode property is set to "Simple". This tutorial will guide you to create a simple WebTab.

1. Drag WebTab into a WebForm to create a new WebTab's instance.
   
    
   
   
2. To add another TabItem objects, click on "Add New Tab", and there will be a window prompted asking for the TabItem's caption.
   
   
   
   
3. To change the TabItem's caption, right click on the WebTab's instance, and choose WebTab Designer. Choose TabPages on the Properties, and then select the TabItem that you want to edit. To change the text that will be displayed on the TabItem's caption, change the "Text" property.
   
   
   
   
4. To edit the text inside the TabItem, select on the WebTabItem, then click on the area inside the TabItem.
   
   
   
   
5. Save all the changes that you have made, build the project and run it. In the browser, you will see something like the following.
