Is it possible to obtain this effect using WebInput control?

Hello,

 

I would need to be able to edit numbers using Oceanwide controls, subject to following limitations:

-Numbers can have 2 to 8 decimals

-If a number has been entered with 2 decimals or less, then it is displayed with 2 decimals (12.5 is displayed as 12.50)

-If a number is entered with more than 2 decimals, then it is displayed with the number of decimals with which it has been entered (12.345 is displayed as 12.345).

Is it possible to achieve this?
