I am using webgrid v7. I have a custom calendar attached to grid's filter. I can set date in a filter with no problem. When I click on a blue 'filter' icon I expect a context menu popup. Instead calendar control popup. It happens only on a first attempt. If I close calendar and click blue icon again the context menu appeared as expected. Which js function is responsible for appearing a context menu. I need a menu to appear on a first attempt.

I have attach my simple sample of your scenario. On my sample, I'm using OnEnterEditMode event to handle your scenario. Please describe what kind of event did you use to invoke the calender.
If you find my sample is different with yours, please replicate your issue on my sample and send it back to me.
