Am seeing a problem with VitualLoading with Custom LoadVirtualMode and PreviewMode.
Attached is a sample that shows the problem. Run this sample and 1st click on any header to sort by the column, then click on the PreviewRow arrow to load the preview row, you get a Type Mismatch error. Do anything else also gives Type Mismatch error.
Thanks
HI John,
This problem happens because CellClickAction changed into CellSelect value. I've been submitted this problem as Work Item #1194 and it has been fixed. But after this problem fixed, another problem occurs. We still waiting for developer to fix this bug as soon as possible. For your information, this error has been fixed in WebGrid 8.0.7200 build 101. Sorry for this inconvenience and thank you for your valuable feedback.
Regards,
Bernard
Thank you Bernard. I'll be looking for the fix.
I'm still having problems with the LoadPreviewRow, If I set CellClickAction="CellSelect", the Preview Row is NOT expanded in Firefox or IE 8. I am using Webgrid 8.0.7200 build 200. Attached is a sample that shows the problem, at least on my computer.
The screenshot shows the row selected but not expanded.
Hi John,
Sorry for late responses. I can replicate your issue in our local end. Unfortunately, when I put RenderingMode="XHTML", this issue couldn't happen in our local end. Could you try to put that property to your WebGrid and tell me if this matter still happen in your local end? Look forward to hear any feedback from you so I can help you further.
Regards,Bernard
