Is there a way to change the pagesize of a gird from client side at runtime when using ClassicPaging?
I would like to add a drop down box (nice if it could be added to the System tray of the grid) to allow user to change the Page Size.

Unfortunately, you could not do this at client side. The possible way to do from server side via FullPostBack the page.
