Insert row in the middle on clientside

Hello,

I am trying to add a new row to a webgrid (client side!). But I want that new row to be inserted above the currently selected row - not at the end of the grid.

In addition the grid has a self reference, which should remain and not break when inserting new rows.

Can anyone provide some help for this scenario?
