Hi, We're currently using IS 2009 R2 , IIS 7, Windows 7, Google Chrome and we can't get a webgrid to display on screen when the ASP.Net version (set in IIS) is .net 4.0. If we change it to .Net 2.0 the grid renders on screen.

Intersoft 2009 R2 already supports .NET Framework 4.0 and you can run the control in Google Chrome.
Unfortunately, I couldn't replicate your issue on my end. I tested one of WebGrid samples to run in Google Chrome browser and it works fine.
May I know what error did you get on your screen?
