in my project ,i want to delete one row in grid ,when I print the grid also don't show the row.

Hello,
You can simply delete row by setting AllowDelete to Yes in WebGrid.
When you delete a row, it will automatically remove from the grid and when you print the data, the deleted row will not be shown in the exported output file.
You can use ISDataSource control to perform binding and editing data in your grid.
