Hi,
When using Webcombo with Dual monitors the dropdown will not open on Dual screen (Monitor number 2)
If the webcombo is on Monitor 1 it works as designed, but if you drag the application to monitor 2 the dropdown will not open. As you drag the screen over from monitor one to two, you will notice dropdown area will shrink when it hits the right side of the screen until the width is 0.
The example i used is part of your samples Multiple columns.

For your first issue, please change the WebCombo ResultBoxWindowType properties on LayoutSettings from "Pop Up" into "Normal".
This kind of issue only happened on IE due to the default set of result box is Pop Up.
I have attached a screenshot of you first scenario.
I can't replicate your 2nd issue. Could you please show me your step how replicate your issue.
