Installed intersoftstudio2014r2.exe 30day trial in win7 as well as win2012R2 machines. Started VS.NET 2013 and created a simple ASP.NET web app. Dropped a webcombo control and bind a collection of custom class to it. Got runtime javascript error in both machines:
