There is no way of telling if someone ever will be available. Upon signing it, or maybe even before, the queue size should be shown. It should also be possible to arrange a chat time.

Sorry for the inconvenience on our LiveChat or community forum on these couple days. The problem was, our connection in office had been down for two days and in a result, we could not response to you and other Customer.
In our LiveChat, although Customer cannot tell if our support is available or not, I believe that our LiveChat will always be responsive during work time hours. I hope it helps and please, do not hesitate to ask if you have any other questions. Thank you.
