License Issue

Our company purchased two licenses and we have followed the instructions on the website:

http://www.intersoftpt.com/Build/LicensingYourProducts

So we have added the licenses to the License Manager; however, we still get the black box telling us we’re using the trial mode.

 

Is there anything else we need to do?

 

I sent an email yesterday to accounts@intersoftpt.com and no response yet.
