Hi,
We are receiving error popup saying "Integration Error: Can't find DesktopManager instance!" usally when launching our web application for the first time. After receiving this error, the application doesn't work properly. Usually, the error goes away after refreshing the page several times.
While debugging through IE, we found that the error is being thrown from one of javascript of Intersoft Solution. I have attached the screenshots of error, javascript code, and versions of DLL we are using.
Can you please let us know what is causing this error?
Still having this issue. Can someone give me any information on why this error occurs?
