WebGrid.NET Enterprise is developed and fully supported by Intersoft Solutions Corp. The company provides several methods for registered customers to obtain technical supports.

 

Online Support

All of WebGrid.NET Enterprise users have free access to our online support at www.intersoftpt.com which includes latest product updates, bug fixes, FAQ, hundreds of Knowledge Base Articles.
 

Standard Email Support

You can also send email to webgridentsupport@intersoftpt.com for product troubleshooting or bugs. Please provides information on the product version, operating system name and version as well as your development environment and its version. Your email will be answered shortly by our technical support team.

The turnaround time for standard email support is 72 hours (at the latest).

Before sending out your email, we highly recommend you to initially search for the information on locally installed Reference and Online Support.

 

Developer Network Support

The company provides a rich web-based forums for registered customers to discuss about the product. You may find information and answer to your questions in the forums, or simply posting your message in the forums and our technical support team will answer it in short time.

Login details are required to access Developer Network. Please refer to your original order receipt sent from Intersoft Accounts. If you do not get the automated order receipt, please contact accounts@intersoftpt.com

 

Priority Support Options

The NEW Priority Support option allows registered customers to obtain technical support via direct e-mail or telephone support from our Senior Support Engineer.

This option is designated for advanced customers who require faster response time. The inquiries types are mostly intermediate to advanced involving application-specific scenarios, minor feature requests, quick patches and more.
