Mozilla Browser
Following are known issues when displaying WebGrid.NET in Mozilla-based browsers.
These issues have been clarified as BUGS in Mozilla and have been submitted through BugZilla website. These issues are clarified as BUGS until the time of the release on April 2005. The issues are:
- Hierarchical treelines always disappear (will show up when a cell is clicked).
- Height in childtables sometimes corrupted (will be corrected when a cell is clicked).
- Caret disappears in textbox.
- AutoFitColumns still shows the horizontal scrollbar, reason: the 'overflow-x' style is not supported.
The following issues have been clarified as BUGS in WebGrid and have been submitted to the developer team to be fixed.
- HTML editor button cannot be clicked in Mozilla.
- When using WebGrid with Pivot Chart, the WebGrid is not resized while the browser is resized in Mozilla.
All other challenges and issues in Mozilla such as box-sizing, flickering, focus, key navigations, and dozens more, have been fully taken care and supported by this release with the new invention of IEMozBridge architecture.
FireFox 1.0.3 and Mozilla 1.7.7 Notes
Due to a major bug in FireFox 1.0.3 and Mozilla 1.7.7 engine, WebGrid.NET Enterprise could not be rendered properly and could cause invalid behaviors to all user-interactive features.
If you're using the version mentioned above, please update your browser's version to FireFox 1.0.4 and Mozilla 1.7.8 which have the bug fixed. |
