Hello,

Thank you for the reply.

If you don’t mind, could you provide me the simple runnable sample/project that replicates your issue?
So I can help you to investigate this issue on my end.

Thank you.

Regards,

Hans.

Hello,

Thank you for the question.

You could ensure a couple things regarding this issue:
- Please kindly ensure that you are using the latest Intersoft assembly version in your project.
- Please kindly ensure that your page is using HTML 5 doctype
- Please kindly ensure you already set the “RenderingMode” property in Intersoft control to “HTML5” as well.

Regards,

Hans.

Hello,

Thank you for the sample.

I try to make a sample based on your code. I make a couple of changes from your code.
In Default.cs file, from: “ISNet.WebUI.DisplayType.Normal;” to “ISNet.WebUI.DisplayType.PopUp;”.
In Style.css file, in “.comboRowOverMini” section, I modify the background color to “Red”.
And it works fine on my end.

I provide the sample and video about the result that I get on my local end.
Please kindly have review on the sample & video and please let me know your response.

Or you could download the video from this link: http://sdrv.ms/17Sxpyl

Regards,

Hans.

Hello,

Thank you for the reply.

I made a simple sample that implement the OnLostFocus client event. In that sample I bind the WebGrid to access data source (Northwind.mdb database and Shippers table).
Then I run the sample on Internet Explorer 11 and in works fine.

I provide you the sample and video about how I run the sample on Internet Explorer 11.
Please kindly have review on the sample & video and let me know your response.

If you can’t get the sample and video properly, please kindly follow this link: http://sdrv.ms/1djM3Gw

Hello,

Could you please resend the sample once again?
However please kindly upload the sample to another server and provide me the link to download the sample.
Because I can download your sample properly if you attach the sample in this community site.

I apologize for any inconvenience.

Regards,
Hans.

Hello,

I apologize for any inconvenience this problem may have caused you.

I made a simple page based on your code. Due to I don’t have your database. I bind the WebCombo to access data source (Northwind.mdb database & Shippers table).

I use HMTL5 doctype in this page and I set the RenderingMode property to “HTML5”.
I also use DoResize() method in OnShowDropDown client side event of WebCombo.

But unfortunately, I can’t replicate your issue on my end. I can re-select items on the second webcombo.
For example, first time I select the “Speddy Express” row. Then I delete the choose item. Then I re-select the “Speddy Express” row again.

I attached my sample. Please kindly have review on my sample and please let me know if there is configuration that I missed.

If you can’t get the sample properly, please try to follow this link: http://sdrv.ms/17L2g55

Thank you.

Regards,
Hans.

Hello,

I have submitted the issue (work item #1587) to developer and I tell to the developer team to put this issue to the higher priority.

Could you please try to use IE11? The OnLostFocus event is working in IE11.

I will let you know if there is an update

Hans.
